Delivery

All items are handmade here at Wilde Creations. We aim to have your orders dispatched within 7-10 days however during busy periods this can increase to 2-3 weeks. If your order is urgent please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to help. 
For international delivery we will dispatch this via standard delivery. If you require a tracked delivery please message us directly to arrange this. 

Returns

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items
All refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s)

Sizing

We have size charts available on the website. If you do require a specific size you can do this by leaving your measurements in the notes section at checkout.

Cancellations

as everything is made to order, cancellations must be made within 48 hours or original purchase as we order the stock in for each order.
